At DoubleWoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your package.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Pack Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all DoubleWoot tags still attached before sealing them in the original shipping bag.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
